Well curated history of Mrs Langtry, beautiful interior design, proximity to Bournemouth University
Room cleaning inconsistencies!!! Unexpected power outages disrupt comfort!!! Outdated carpets harbor dust and germs!!! Communication flaws regarding breakfast arrangements could lead to inconveniences!!!

I had a lovely stay in the Presidential Suite, especially enjoyed the huge comfy bed and the charming historical decor. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, cooked fresh rather than a buffet. I’d definitely choose this place again!

The overall ambience in the former mansion is very beautiful. The room was functional and spacious. The breakfast buffet and freshly cooked was very rich and delicious. Hotel location is good and only 10 min. walk from the sea and downtown. Good recommendations for restaurants.
Reception staff not overly friendly. Extremely small bathroom with washbasin and toilet. In the bedroom there is a shower bath, very high to get in.

The breakfast was marvelous with heated plates, pastries, cereal, worth the price. The rooms were airy and unique with a bath in a curtained off alcove, travel cot and the bathroom, I appreciated that. The location was great and lovely - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The history of the place is captivating, and sipping drinks in the lovely garden was a highlight. Be sure to check out the breakfast over at the sister hotel, it was excellent! Definitely consider upgrading your room for a better experience.
Our friends' room was quite shabby compared to ours, disappointing given we paid the same price. It really could use a deeper clean.

Breakfast was really great! There is a buffet and a menu. The dishes on the menu are served (Eggs Benedikt, British Breakfast..). These dishes are included. The hotel and the staff are also great!.

The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, and the spacious family room. The kids loved exploring the historical touches throughout the manor.
In my wife's opinion, the security lights outside the room were quite disturbing. It would be great if the hotel could improve the lighting conditions for better sleep quality.
